The New Suzuki SX4 is the latest in a series of car again the possibility of a company most Americans are only vaguely aware. Small New Suzuki cars are available in more varieties than many major retailers, offering among other wagon / hatchback and all-wheel drive variants, but more than anything, should firmly eliminate memories of the Samurai to rest. The only engine is a 2.0-liter dual-cam engine with 143 hp (5800 rpm) and 136 lb-feet of torque (3500), rev-happy engine is very slow off-line, but it feels alive zodra the car moves, thanks to the four-speed automatic that downshifts any provocation (basic transmission five-speed manual is more fun). The automatic is often looked confused because of the tendency to fall acceleration even with the light tap of gas, but also the “rubber band” feel to avoid the automatic small car lot (including that of the Mazda6).
